What information do you need to create a portrait?

I'll need a clear, high-quality photo of your chosen pet/ animal — ideally taken in good natural light with their face clearly visible. The better the photo, the more detail I can capture in the portrait!

How long does a portrait take?

Most portraits are completed within 2–5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and your photo is approved. I'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I request a specific style or size?

Absolutely! From clicking on the 'Bespoke Portraits' tab in the menu at the top of the website, you are then taken to the Bespoke Portraits ordering page.  Once you click on the example portrait, this will then show the variation of portrait sizes, frame options and pricing for each.

Do you offer framing?

Yes — framing options are available and can be selected when placing your order. Frames are carefully chosen to complement the artwork.

What if I'm not happy with the portrait?

Your satisfaction is really important to me. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and I'll work with you to make it right. 

Do you draw all types of animals?

Yes! Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds — if you love them, I'd love to draw them. 

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the shop, choose your portrait size and framing option and add it to your cart. Once at the checkout, you will be prompted to upload a photo of your chosen pet/ animal.
