Shipping Information

I take great care in preparing and packaging every artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

UK Orders

Unframed prints, unframed Bespoke Portraits and framed Bespoke Portraits are all subject to Free Shipping, as this has been considered in the cost of the product already.

International Orders

International orders are also subject to Free Shipping, as this too has been considered in the cost of the product already.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. As these charges vary by location, they are the responsibility of the recipient. If you're unsure whether any fees may apply, feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help.

Framing is available for UK orders only.

Packaging

All unframed artworks are carefully packaged in a quality protective sleeve with a rigid backing board for support. They will also have a further piece of board placed on the front of the prints as well.  They are then wrapped and shipped in a sturdy mailer to help ensure they arrive safely.

For the larger A2 sized Bespoke Portraits, prints are carefully wrapped and rolled before being shipped in a durable mailing tube for added protection during transit.
