Returns
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why I offer a 30-day return policy on all prints. Please note that, due to their personalised nature, I am unable to accept returns on Bespoke Portraits.
If your order included a complimentary free print and the item being returned was the qualifying purchase, the free print must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
I’m delighted to offer complimentary worldwide delivery. However, in the event of a return, the original shipping costs incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund.
Every piece of artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify the courier and take photographs of the damage, including the packaging, as soon as possible. This information helps support the claim and allows me to arrange a replacement for you. Unfortunately, without this evidence, I may not be able to process the claim.

Once your return request has been approved, I'll provide full instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged Items
Every print and bespoke portrait is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves my studio, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can help put things right.
I kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify me within 24 hours if there are any issues. This allows me to investigate quickly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement for you.
To help with any claim, please include photographs of the damaged item and its packaging when you contact me. Unfortunately, claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Exceptions and Returnable Items
As many of my artworks are created especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns on custom-made items, including bespoke portraits and made-to-order frame options.
If you're unsure whether your purchase is eligible for return, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order or requesting a return. I'll be happy to answer any questions and help in any way I can.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you'd prefer a different print, the simplest way is to return your original order and place a new one once your return has been approved.
This helps ensure you receive your chosen artwork as quickly as possible and avoids any disappointment should stock availability change in the meantime.

Refunds
Once your return has arrived, I'll carefully check it and let you know as soon as possible whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. While I process refunds promptly, please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.
